Coordination and Management Expereince:

For the last 6 years of my career I have coordinated and managed several industry trade shows per year throughout the United States. Shows ranged in size,  including the largest residential building industry trade show in the world, The International Builders' Show, several mid-size industry shows, and small vendor shows.

Each show  involved different initiatives to attract attendees to each company's exhibit booth. Each initiative based on they show and type of attendee at each show.

Coordination of the shows also included creating trade show booth designing/layout, booth graphics, and any additional signage.

I am experienced with travel accommodations (hotels and flights), staff dinners, post show entertainment, booth set-up and dismantle, creating and maintaining staff schedule at the show, and being the all around "go to" contact at the show. Show staff would range from 4-25 members.
